- Pittsburgh Steelers
Pittsburgh had won two straight and three of four before being defeated by Baltimore in a typical AFC North matchup in which points were scarce.
With the loss, the Steelers fell to 5-8 on the season and are tied for third in the AFC North. Pittsburgh fell behind 10-0 in the first quarter against Baltimore and never recovered.
The Steelers were within 10-7 after one quarter, 13-7 at halftime, and 13-7 after three quarters until Justin Tucker kicked a field goal with 3:19 remaining.
With 2:30 remaining, Pittsburgh scored a touchdown to pull within two points. They were unable to stop the ensuing Baltimore drive, allowing the Ravens to run out the clock.
The Steelers had a 329-309 total offense advantage and gained 23 first downs while giving up 18, but they lost time of possession by a 32:59 to 27:01 margin.
Pittsburgh was undone by three turnovers, including two in the red zone, as well as a failure to record a takeaway.
Injury Update for Steelers
Pickett (concussion protocol) and corner Cam Sutton (stinger/neck) were both limited in practice Wednesday for the Steelers.
This week, Mitch Trubisky will get the start. Harris (hip), Freiermuth (foot), Myles Jack (groin), and Larry Ogunjobi (toe) were all held out of practice. As the week progresses, keep an eye out for updates on their whereabouts.

Carolina won their second straight game and third in their last four, defeating Seattle on the road in their previous game.
The Panthers improved to 5-8 and are now tied for second place in the NFC South, one game behind the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
Carolina jumped out to an early lead against Seattle, leading 10-0 in the first quarter and 17-0 less than three minutes later. The Panthers’ lead was cut to 20-17 after three quarters, but they rallied to win.
Carolina had a 328-287 advantage in total offense, a 24-16 advantage in first downs, and a 39:16 to 20:44 advantage in time of possession. For good measure, the Panthers forced two turnovers while playing flawless football.
