The first image shows Katy facing away from the camera as she pulls on her underwear, which is clearly visible over her red corset skirt.
In another video, Perry can be seen being strapped into her outfit and having the corset strings tied up, all the while focusing on a scarification-looking prosthetic on her lower back.
To complete her eye-catching outfit, she added a pair of sky-high black stilettos, a tight red strapless bustier, and a long matching skirt that fell to her ankles.
According to the caption, Katy Perry wrote the Crazy Town lyrics: “You’re my butterfly, sugar, baby,”
