The new Relic Perk tree in Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty is full of powerful skills, but you’ll need Relic Points to unlock them. Here’s a guide to all of their locations.
How to Get All 15 Relic Points in Cyberpunk 2077 Phantom Liberty
Location #1, 2, and 3
When you first set foot in Dogtown during the introductory “Dog Eat Dog” mission, Songbird will grant you an initial bundle of three Relic Points. This should be enough to unlock one of the three main Relic skills. After this, you’ll need to explore Dogtown on your own to find more Relic Points.
Location #4
This terminal is conveniently located beneath your apartment. To find it, take the elevator to the basement, exit, and turn right. You’ll spot the terminal tucked away in the corner under the overpass. Alternatively, you can fast travel to the Kress Street point, which is a short distance from this terminal.
Location #5
Another Relic Point is near your apartment. Follow the criminal activity icon, indicated by a trio of green skulls, into the underground. Defeat all enemies you encounter, and proceed to the end of a long tunnel. Depending on your Tech attribute (you’ll need 15 Tech), you can either open the door to enter the room beyond or open the hatch near the pipes. Inside, you’ll find the terminal along with valuable loot.
Location #6
Head to an alcove under a tunnel southeast of your apartment to find another Militech terminal. Approach the tunnel, climb over the debris, and jack into the terminal to obtain another Relic Point.
Location #7
Venture to the ruins of the hotel and casino near Heavy Hearts, the pyramid-shaped building. Facing away from Heavy Hearts, look for a bombed-out clearing. You’ll find the terminal hidden in a corner behind a car.
Location #8
While in the vicinity of Heavy Hearts, go northwest. Ascend the stone stairs in what appears to be a construction site, turn left, and follow the balcony. Behind a stone support with a giant skull spray-painted on it, you’ll discover another Relic Point terminal.
Location #9
Inside the stadium, located on the northwest side, you’ll find another Relic Point terminal. Begin from the cluster of vendors, head north, pass the car dealer, climb two small flights of stairs, and turn right. Crouch to pass under a junk barrier, and then interact with the terminal.
Location #10
Southeast of the stadium, near a criminal activity marker, is another Relic Point. Climb the stairs, cross into the open room lit by flares, eliminate nearby enemies, and head to the terminal, which is situated behind a pillar illuminated by a small spotlight.
Location #11
Look for this Relic Point near another criminal activity marker, located in Dogtown’s southwest corner near the giant rocket with “No regrets” on it. Enter the abandoned mall under the rocket, eliminate the enemies inside, and climb the escalators. Once inside the first store to your left, jack into the terminal.
Location #12
The final terminal can be found in a building that resembles a part-mall, part-parking garage. Ascend the large stone staircase with yellow trim, and turn left. The terminal is positioned against the wall near a metal door adorned with green designs.
Location #13, 14, 15
Songbird will reward you with three more Relic Points during the eighth Phantom Liberty mission, “Birds with Broken Wings.”
