How to clear the Settings notifications in Marvel Snap Mobile
A new patch for Marvel Snap has arrived, bringing many good things as well as this annoying “bug” where you see notifications on your Cogwheel in the top-left corner when playing the game on your mobile phone.
This is actually quite simple; it just took us a while to figure out. Tap the Cogwheel (Settings) and select Player Support. This bug is most likely happening to you because you contacted the support chat via the in-game option and then left the conversation, leaving some messages unread.
When you enter Player Support, a new screen will appear. On this screen, tap the chat bubble (top-right corner), and then read the support messages that the support team left for you during your last chat session with them. You should not be receiving these notifications if you never contacted support via these channels.
That’s how we got rid of our annoying notifications, and now you can too.
