Abilities

• Basic Attack: Deals Ice DMG equal to 50% of Jingliu’s ATK to a single enemy.
• Skill: Deals Ice DMG equal to 100% of Jingliu’s ATK to a single enemy and obtains 1 stack of Syzygy.
• Enhanced Skill: Deals Ice DMG equal to 125% of Jingliu’s ATK to a single enemy, and deals Ice DMG equal to 62% of Jingliu’s ATK to adjacent enemies. Consumes 1 stack of Syzygy and doesn’t consume Skill Points.
• Ultimate: Deals Ice DMG equal to 180% of Jingliu’s ATK to a single enemy, and deals Ice DMG equal to 90% of Jingliu’s ATK to any adjacent enemies. She gains 1 stack of Syzygy after the attack ends.
• Talent: When Jingliu has 2 stacks of Syzygy, she enters the Spectral Transmigration state with her Action Advanced by 100% and her CRIT Rate increased by 40%. This changes Jingliu’s Skill to her Enhanced Skill. When Jingliu uses an attack in the Spectral Transmigration state, she consumes HP from all other allies equal to 4% of their respective Max HP (this cannot reduce allies’ HP to lower than 1). Jingliu’s ATK increases by 540% of the total HP consumed from all allies during this attack, capped at 90% of her base ATK, lasting until the end of the current attack. Syzygy can stack up to 3 times, and when the stacks are depleted, Jingliu will exit the Spectral Transmigration state.
• Technique: After using this Technique, creates a dimension around Jingliu that lasts for 20 seconds, and all enemies in this dimension will become Frozen. After entering combat with enemies in the dimension, Jingliu immediately regenerates 15 Energy and obtains 1 stack of Syzygy, with a 100% base chance of Freezing enemy targets for 1 turn. While Frozen, enemy targets cannot take action, and receive additional Ice DMG equal to 80% of Jingliu’s ATK at the start of every turn. Only 1 dimension created by allies may exist at the same time.

Best Relic and Ornament Set

The preferred Relic set for Jingliu is Hunter of Glacial Forest. This set offers the following bonuses:

• 2-Pc: Increases ICE DMG by 10%.
• 4-Pc: After using the Ultimate, CRIT DMG increases by 25% for 2 turns.

 

The ideal Ornament set for Jingliu is Rutilant Arena, which enhances her CRIT Rate by 8%. When this rate exceeds 70%, the basic ATK and Skill DMG of the wearer receive a 20% boost.

Best Eidolons

• Moon Crashes Tianguan Gate (Level One): When using her Ultimate or enhanced Skill, Jingliu’s Crit Damage increases by 24% for one turn. If she attacks a single enemy target, that target will also receive additional ICE DMG equal to 100% of Jingliu’s ATK.
• Crescent Shadows Qixing Dipper (Level Two): After using her Ultimate, the damage of Jingliu’s next enhanced Skill increases by 80%.
• Halfmoon Gapes Mercurial Haze (Level Three): Increases the level of Jingliu’s Ultimate and Talent by two, with a maximum upgrade level of 15.
• Lunarlance Shines Skyward Dome (Level Four): While in the Spectral Transmigration state, Jingliu’s increased attack obtained from consuming allies’ HP is increased by 90% of the total HP consumed by the entire team. The cap for attack increase also rises by 30%.
• Night Shades Astral Radiance (Level Five): Increases the level of Jingliu’s Skill by two, with a maximum upgrade level of 15, and increases the level of her Basic Attack by one, with a maximum upgrade level of 10.
• Eclipse Hollows Corporeal Husk (Level Six): When Jingliu enters the Spectral Transmigration state, she gains one stack of Syzygy. While in this state, her Crit Damage increases by 50%.

Best Light Cones

The optimal Light Cone for Jingliu is her signature weapon, Brilliant Fixation. This Light Cone increases the wearer’s CRIT DMG by 20%-32%. Moreover, when an ally is attacked or loses HP, the wearer gains a stack of Eclipse, which can accumulate up to 3 stacks.

Each Eclipse stack increases the wearer’s DMG for their next attack by 14%-24%. Upon reaching 3 stacks, the next attack ignores the enemy’s DEF by 12%-20%. This Light Cone is exclusively obtained from the Light Cone Event Warp.

If you prefer a free-to-play option, On the Fall of An Aeon is a solid 5-star Light Cone. Additionally, you can consider A Secret Vow and Under the Blue Sky as viable 4-star alternatives.

Trace Level-Up and Stat Prioritization

When it comes to Traces, prioritize leveling up Jingliu’s Skill, Ultimate, and Talent. Avoid investing in her Basic ATK, as it deals minimal damage and does not significantly impact her kit.

In the Spectral Transmigration state, you will already have over 70% CRIT Rate, allowing for more frequent critical hits and synergizing well with the Ornament set Rutilant Arena.

Best Jingliu Team Comp

To maximize Jingliu’s potential, it’s essential to assemble a well-rounded team composition that supports her while boosting her damage output. Here is the recommended best team composition for Jingliu in Honkai Star Rail:

• Jingliu (DPS): The main damage dealer and focus of the team.
• Luocha (Support): Provides healing and support to keep Jingliu and the rest of the team alive.
• Pela (Support): If available, reduces ICE DMG resistance of enemies, amplifying Jingliu’s damage.
• Bronya (Support): Boosts ATK and CRIT DMG, greatly benefiting Jingliu.

If Pela is not accessible, Silver Wolf can be used as an alternative, as it functions well in the team composition. For Bronya, Tingyun or Yukong can be substituted. Lastly, Luocha can be replaced by Lunx, Natasha, or Bailu.
