On May 17, 2023, Jing Yuan will join in his Swirl of Heavenly Spear banner. According to a Hoyolab article, the HSR Seele event wish expires on May 17th at 17:59 server time.
Aside from characters, there is also a Light Cone Warp event that increases drop rates for the following until May 17th:
