‘I was supposed to be doing potty training and I have not managed to do it because everything’s been so manic.’ she wrote on Instagram while holding him.
Helen, who has two other children, Matilda, 8, and Delilah, 5, said she hopes to start potty training him soon.
She then explained that she had been able to sleep in until 9.30 a.m. since her mother had taken her daughter Matilda to school.
When Charlie awoke at 10 a.m., she quickly had to clean up an accident he had and put him in the bath, but she then said, ‘You’re so cute baby aren’t you? So cute.’
Later that day, she claimed that Delilah was sitting on her bed with her and added, ‘Delilah follows me around the house the whole time.’
It comes after Helen hinted her life is going well.
Despite posting a picture of herself which looked like she was wearing her diamond engagement ring on Instagram recently, Helen has said she will never rekindle their 13 year romance.

But, when asked about the rationale for her item, she explained that she wore it in the jungle because her break-up was still fresh at the time of recording, despite the fact that the episode was pre-recorded.
She claimed that she was not ready to share the news at the time: ‘We’d only just broken up, and I didn’t want everyone to be asking, “Where’s your ring”.’
Helen revealed that it was difficult dealing with her divorce and being on the show, and that she planned to keep talk about her personal life to a minimum around her campmates.
‘I didn’t want to talk about it… I wanted to keep it private for the kids, I didn’t want to be talking about it on the show. I did find that difficult, because I had all that going on in my head,’ she continued.
