Duration
The Heated Battle Mode: Sprinting Strategems event sets sail from March 23rd, 2024 and runs until April 8th, 2024. It’s the perfect opportunity to test your deck-building skills and engage in fast-paced duels with fellow Travelers.
Event Participation Requirements
Before diving into the Sprinting Strategems, ensure you meet the following criteria:
- Adventure Rank 32 or above
- Completed Archon Quest Prologue: Act III “Song of the Dragon and Freedom”
- Completed World Quest “Battlefield of Dice, Cats, and Cards
Once these requirements are met, you’ll be able to access the Sprinting Strategems mode from the Invitation Board after the event begins.

- Starting Strong with Omni Dice: You’ll begin each match with four Omni Dice and four random Elemental Dice, providing greater flexibility in your opening moves.
- Reduced Action Costs: The first Action Card you play will cost a mere 2 Elemental Dice instead of the usual 4, allowing for quicker strategic plays.
- Fast Character Swapping: Switching between your Character Cards becomes a Fast Action, eliminating the need to spend a dedicated Combat Action on this maneuver.
- Tailored Deckbuilding: Since character switching is a breeze in this mode, you can even consider removing certain Support Cards that facilitate this action, like “Katheryne,” to make space for more offensive or defensive options.
