‘One Direction’ singer Harry Styles has finally denied the persistent rumors that he’s dating British Radio 1 DJ Nick Grimshaw. During an interview, the boy band member was asked about the relationship rumors, which he tried to dodge by commenting back:
“What rumors would they be?”
When pressed for an answer regarding the possible relationship with Grimshaw, Harry said that he is merely friends with the DJ and wasn’t even aware of the constant rumors that surrounded their friendship:
“Oh, really? I didn’t even know. We’re not dating, no. We’re just friends.”
Harry has been linked to a whole string of female love interests in the past including British model Cara Delevingne and Kimberly Stewart. Taking to his twitter account to have a small rant on the constant new stories, Harry wrote that he doesn’t understand where the fabricated lies come from in the first place:
“Some of them are funny. Some of them are ridiculous. Some of them are annoying. I don’t want to be one of those people that complains about the rumours. I never like it when a celebrity goes on Twitter and says: ‘This isn’t true!’ It is what it is; I tend not to do that.”
