On Sunday, the long-time supermodel took to Instagram to share a video of herself biking through a tropical setting on a beautiful sunny day.
‘We all have our fair shares of trials,’ the Brazilian beauty — who attended the Beach Polo World Cup in Florida the day before — began in the caption.
‘Every laugh, every fall, every experience, the good and the bad, everything is here to teach us something and help us grow.’
Sounding like someone who’s speaking from experience, she concluded, ‘Nothing is permanent. So let’s enjoy the good moments and learn from the bad ones. Every day is a gift!’
The 42-year-old model and actress then repeated her caption in Portuguese, her native language and one of five she knows.
The resident of Horizontina, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil went for a chill beach vibe in a pair of vintage-looking cut-off denim shorts and an off-white tank top.
Her blonde hair was long and loose, reaching the middle of her back, and she had plenty of waves and a part in the middle. She also wore light nude shoes.
The former catwalk queen picked up the pace as she approached the camera, and at one point in the footage she extended her leg wide open for the camera while smiling broadly.
Her most recent zen moment occurred about six months after she and Brady went public with their decision to divorce after 13 years of marriage.
According to TMZ, the former couple and their lawyers were able to resolve their divorce and reach an amicable deal on property division, child custody, and child support.
The specifics of their October divorce settlement are being kept under wraps.
Brady and Bündchen began dating in 2006 and quickly rose to prominence as one of the top celebrity power couples.
They eventually married in 2009 and had two children together, Benjamin, 13, and Vivian, 10. Brady also has a 15-year-old son with actress Bridget Moynahan.
