Prior to the patch release, there will be a scheduled maintenance period lasting approximately five hours. During this time, players will be unable to access the game. However, once the maintenance concludes, players will be compensated for the downtime based on the duration of the servers’ unavailability.
Typically, the servers come back online earlier than the official release times, granting players an opportunity to explore the new content ahead of schedule. In the event of extended maintenance, players will receive in-game notifications and additional compensation from Hoyoverse. The minimum compensation players can expect in their Mail after the countdown ends is 600 Primogems.
