The Genshin Impact 3.4 update is set to be released on January 17 or 18, depending on your timezone, and will last until February 7. Maintenance will begin at the following times:

What’s new in this update?
The following features can be expected in the 3.4 update:
- Alhaitham, Yaoyao, Xiao, Hu Tao, and Yelan across two separate character banners, available to wish on.
- Alhaitham’s Story Quest
- Ayaka and Lisa new skins
- New ‘Desert of Hadramaveth’ Map, an expansion to the Sumeru Desert map. This area contains three new foes: Setekh Wenut (field boss), The Eremite Scorching Loremaster, and the Eremite – Floral Ring-Dancer.
- Several new events will also be added, including the 2023 Lantern Rite, Warrior’s Spirit, Overflowing Mastery, Beetle Brawl Event, and Second Blooming Event.
- The new five-star sword ‘Light of Foliar Incision’ likely belongs to Alhaitham.
