Each Dark Eggplant can be purchased from any Scrip Exchange NPC for the price of 15 Purple Crafters’ Scrips. There is one of these in each major city, but the one in Radz-at-Han at (X, Y) 11.5 and 9.5 is probably the easiest to find. She’s near the Summoning Bell, which is the right door if you’re coming straight from the Aetheryte.
The same items can be found in any other zone, but since Radz-at-Han is the most popular hub for level 90 players, that’s where most people go.
Baba Ghanoush and Baked Eggplant, both made with Dark Eggplant, are two of the most popular foods for many classes in late-game Trials and Raids. You can save some money on raid food by making these two dishes, which both require only one eggplant. Unless you want to sell raid food, which will likely consume all of your Scrips savings.
If you want more Purple Scrips, the quickest way is to complete Custom Deliveries with a Lv. 90 Disciple of the Hand. Check to see which clients have a bonus this week and meet their needs to maximize your weekly profits.
You can also earn extra Scrips by making Collectables and delivering them to the Collectable Appraiser at Radz-at-Han. This approach requires more work, but you can keep at it for as long as you like.
