When can I get the FF14 Twitch drops?
The FF14 Twitch drop campaign runs from July 2, 2024 to July 29, 2024, at 12:00 AM PDT (3:00 AM EDT, 9:00 AM BST). That’s almost a full month to collect your rewards, so no need to worry if you’re busy exploring Dawntrail yourself.
What Can You Get?
There are three rewards in total, all earned through watching FF14 streams with Twitch drops enabled. The more you watch, the better the reward:
- 1 Hour Watch Time: EXP Boost Meal Set with 10 Buttery Mogbiscuits and 10 Fat Choco Chocos (perfect for leveling in the new areas!)
- 3 Hour Watch Time: 10 Aetheryte Tickets for free teleports around the world
- 6 Hour Watch Time: The Grand Prize – The adorable Chocorpokkur mount!
Claiming Your Rewards
The good news is that you don’t have to spend six hours glued to a single stream. The watch time accumulates over the entire campaign period, so you can spread it out however you like. This is perfect if you want to avoid spoilers for Dawntrail and plan to experience it fresh later in the month.
Once you’ve earned your rewards, you’ll receive a Chocorpokkur whistle in-game. Just blow the whistle and this delightful mount will appear, ready to whisk you away on your Eorzean adventures.
Unlike some Twitch drops, FF14 rewards require an extra step: claiming and redeeming an item code. Here’s what you need to do:
- On Twitch: Log in to your Twitch account and watch participating FF14 streams for the required amount of time. Keep an eye on your Twitch notifications and inventory for the item codes.
- On the FF14 Mog Station:
- Log in to the Mog Station with the same Square Enix account you use for FF14.
- Navigate to the “Registration Codes” tab and select “Enter Item Code.”
- Enter your code, select the character you want to receive the mount on, and follow the on-screen instructions.
