Destiny 2 Wicked Implement Exotic Guide – Perks & leaks
Bungie hasn’t announced the perks of Wicked Implement just yet, but several content creators have confirmed them on their end or backed the most pertinent leaks about how the new scout rifle will fit into the current meta.
The specific perks, as described by Respawn First, are as follows:
- Exotic Catalyst: Collecting Stasis shards gradually overflows the magazine.
- Exotic Intrinsic Perk: Creeping Attrition: Rapidly landing precision hits causes targets to become slowed.
- Exotic Traits: Precision final blows while Creeping Attrition is active create a Stasis shard that returns to you. Collecting Stasis shards refills the magazine.
Destiny 2 Wicked Implement Exotic Guide – How to get
Some information suggests that Week 10 of Season of the Deep will feature a Seasonal Challenge titled Wicked Depths. According to this Seasonal Challenge description, you can get the Wicked Implement Scout Rifle by completing the Whetstone encounter in Deep Dives.
As a result, it’s possible that players won’t be able to earn Wicked Implement until July 25, when Week 10 goes live at the weekly reset.
It’s not entirely clear what happens during the Whetstone encounter, but it probably involves going deeper into the ocean and destroying Taken Blights while being imbued with the power of Ahsa, Sloan’s alien whale friend.
Deep Dives only went live in Week 2, but we already know about the Midnight and Abyss “depth” levels. As a result, it appears likely that Guardians will continue to delve deeper and deeper each week until they reach the Whetstone encounter.
So far, that’s all we know about the Wicked Implement Exotic Scout Rifle in Destiny 2.
