Taking to social media, Christine gave her fans a behind-the-scenes look at her lavish garden as she relaxed in the British sunshine.
As she ground on a complimentary pink and blue hula hoop, she wore a tiny blue bikini.
Her revealing outfit displayed her washboard abs, and her caption read: “Self care Sunday 😎
“Move your body 💃 Stay hydrated 💦 Wear protection 🔥 Eat donuts 🍩 Play music 🎶.”
She later posted a video on her stories of herself relaxing while wearing a pink baseball cap to protect her forehead.
Taking a break from her children, she applied the mist again to her legs.
In her third short clip, McGuinness made a joke, captioning it: “Any minute now I’ll hear “Mummy” 😂,” while flaunting an incredible physique.
