Located inside Koschei Complex in the DMZ, the L2 Restricted Zone is a zone filled with enemies and loot waiting to be collected. Here’s how you can gain access to this area.
COD DMZ Guide – How to acess L2 Restricted Zone in Koschei Complex
You’ll need the matching key to enter the L2 Restricted Area. As of right now, the only way I know of to obtain this key is to complete the Redacted mission “Abandoned Operator” on level four.
This mission requires you to find the shopkeeper in Koschei Complex, trade two items, and buy one item from the Secure Buy Station. Upon completion, you will receive a lot of experience and the key to the L2 Restricted Zone.
Now that you have the key, head to the Factory Admin area. This will be in the Koschei Complex’s Factory Wing. Since it can be hard to find your way around the bunker without a practical tac-map, use the one shown above to get your bearings.
Once inside the Factory Wing, head to the second floor and locate a set of double doors to the south of the room. After passing through the doors, you’ll find yourself confronted by another set of massive steel double doors. Here is where you can use the key you were given to enter the L2 Restricted Zone.
About DMZ
DMZ is an extraction game mode that was introduced with the release of Warzone 2.0. In DMZ, players fight AI-controlled and player-controlled opponents to exfiltrate loot from the playable area (also known as the Exclusion Zone). Faction missions can expand players’ inventories, giving them more guaranteed loadout weapon slots or the chance to unlock base weapons and cosmetic rewards for Warzone 2.0 and Modern Warfare II.
