The 41-year-old auctioneer from the show Bargain Hunt gave her 40,1K Instagram followers a taste of her vacation by posting a picture of herself in a bikini.
Exhibiting her fantastic physique in a black bikini while on vacation, 41-year-old Christina Trevanion of Bargain Hunt says, “OUT OF THE OFFICE”
Last month, instead of competing at auctions, Christina Trevanion flew to the beach for a relaxing vacation.
The photograph was taken as she strolled along the beach, exposing her toned body in a black bikini.
Christina enjoyed a vacation with her two girls and said that she was “out of the office” and referred to their sunny destination as “paradise” in the post’s title.
It seems that the vacation gave the celebrity some much-needed introspection time, as she later admitted on social media that she has been finding it difficult to balance her TV profession, her company, and her family life.
Christina posed for the photo in a classic black bikini with high-cut bottoms and a low-cut top.
Her brown mousse was left to fall loosely in a natural style, and she wore her hair behind her ears with the help of some sunglasses.
The Bargain Hunt contestant appeared cheerful as she looked out over the crystal-clear sea.
She has been featured on series including “Bargain Hunt,” “Flog It!” and “Antiques Road Trip” as an expert and auctioneer.
The businesswoman, who has been a regular on the auction show since 2013, took her family on a much-needed vacation.
An apparent epiphany occurred to Christina over the holiday; she shared a second post in which she turned her back to the camera and stared out into the water.
She stated, “It may sound rather naive, but it has taken me 41 years to realise that physical well being is equally as important as your mental health. My 30’s were spent running around making sure that everyone else was ok, being a parent and wife, with a fledgling business and a tv career meant that I had very little time to focus on anything other than every day survival.”
“As a result for over a decade I completely forgot about ‘me’. In my 40’s I have finally realised that, rather than putting myself at the bottom of the pile, I really needed to start looking after myself too.”
She elaborated, “Personally, I have worked towards this by taking time every day to exercise, ditched booze (apart from the odd g&t, and a glass of wine with friends doesn’t count, right?) eating healthily and most importantly, realising that saying “no” to things, in order to preserve this hard fought equilibrium is completely acceptable.”
‘Saying no to things that I would ordinarily have said yes to but without the associated guilt trip has taken me a long time to achieve, both in a professional and personal capacity. I have finally realised my own boundaries and have started to respect them, rather than ignore them for the sake of pleasing other people.’
Christina summed up her experience thus: “I can safely say that I have never felt healthier, happier, stronger or more fulfilled… long may it continue! Stop running around pleasing everyone else and make time to look after YOU folks, self care is critical and it’s revolutionary!”
