Chloe Moretz is not just any teenager – she’s able to turn to some high profile stars when it comes to getting dating advice. The ‘Kickass’ actress has admitted that she has been happy to hear what Julianne Moore has to say about young relationships. She says that Julianne advised her to stay cool and in control when starting off so she now knows to be careful in love:
“I talk to Julianne (Moore) about it and she says, ‘Look, just be careful. Trust your judgement but don’t get in too deep sometimes.’ Because, you know, when you’re young, you fall in love and don’t know it’s happening.”
Chloe says that dating can be hard because of her fame, and she is often paranoid that boys might be trying to deceive her or use her. She worries that some people are only interested in being with her because of her star-status and she’s learned to be more cautious and think about how people treat her before jumping in:
“You think, ‘Who’s out to deceive me?’ That’s hard. Especially growing up and liking guys and, maybe, ‘Do you want to be in a relationship? Is this person trying to be in my life because I’m famous?’ You can’t just like someone. They might be using you.”
