Stopping off in London to promote RED 2, Bruce Willis gave a British journalist a terrible time. Speaking to Magic 105.4, Bruce came off as angry and rude as he answered every question with an aggressive response. He seemed particularly angry to have to promote the film and seemed to believe it wasn’t his job to answer interview questions about the film at all. When he was asked about his favourite location, he said “Istanbul” even though the film was never shot there, and continued the rest of the interview in the same vein:
Bruce isn’t having these questions:
“Has any actor ever told you this Jamie? This part is not acting, what we’re doing right now. You might be but we’re just selling the film now. Sales. The fun part was making the movie.”
How would he promote this movie?
“I wouldn’t, I’d slash my hooves.”
How does he keep women happy?
“Not that part is just a line in a movie, you’ve just got to be nice to people”
Did he enjoy driving in the movie?
“I’m thinking about driving right now. I can hardly keep my mind on this interview. I’m thinking about driving somewhere, maybe the M1? You have some great questions here Jamie. Great chat.”
Should Bruce just shut up and promote the film like he was paid to do (it is part of his contract!) or does he have a right to be annoyed?
