Kevin Federline, the ex-husband of Britney Spears, is rumored to be packing up to relocate to Hawaii with the couple’s two sons.
Britney Spears’ ex Kevin Federline “plans to move their sons to Hawaii” amid “marriage troubles” with husband Sam Asghari
It comes as reports claim Britney and Sam Ashgari are having frequent, explosive arguments that have put their marriage in “deep trouble.”
Kevin, 45, has sole custody of his two children, Sean Preston, 17, and Jayden, 16, and is rumored to be planning a move away from Los Angeles with his family.
Even more heartbreak may be in store for Britney this July, if her two sons decide to uproot and go to Hawaii.
Reports state that Kevin has had his attorney, Mark Vincent Kaplan, write to Britney’s attorney, Mathew Rosengart, inquiring as to whether or not Britney would approve of her sons settling permanently in Hawaii.
According to TMZ, Kevin’s attorneys should have an answer next week.
If she says no, he’ll seek a judge for permission in court, though we’re told that won’t happen.
An insider said to the publication that Victoria has a job opportunity, Kevin can get employment as a DJ, and the boys can have a quieter existence outside of the spotlight of Los Angeles as a result of the relocation.
They elaborated that Jayden may study remotely and that Sean would have already graduated.
Britney has been open about the pain of her fractured connection with her sons before.
The singer had not seen her sons in six months, and they did not attend her wedding to Sam, so she revealed last year that a “part of her had died.”
Meanwhile, Kevin said, “the boys have decided they are not seeing her right now,” adding that it has been a trying few months for the family ever since a judge ended her 13-year conservatorship.
Britney is apparently going through a rough patch as her marriage appears to be on the verge of collapse.
Britney and Sam, 29, wed in a grandiose ceremony in J:une, but TMZ reports that marital tensions have boiled over and Britney has ‘become violent’ with Sam.
A lot of’screaming matches’ have broken out between them, to the point where security has had to intervene.
