Beyonce has spoken candidly on her feelings towards baby Blue Ivy. The new mom gushes that her first born is an amazing and funny child and she is already wowed by how smart her child has become. She admits that she expects to “have me a time” as Blue Ivy grows up:
“She is hilarious and she is fire. Lord, am I going to have me a time! She’s very smart. She’s doing flashcards. She’s beautiful.”
Opening up on the idea of having another child, Beyonce doesn’t get specific but does say she is interested in adding to her family in the future. She thinks it might happen after she returns from her new upcoming tour but for now she is focusing on being a mom to her daughter:
“I definitely want to have another child. But it’s also important for me to do what I love. I love to make music. I wanted to see after I had my daughter, if I was still as passionate about performing, maybe after this next tour I’ll have another.”
The singer recently revealed that she suffered a miscarriage in private before conceiving Blue Ivy and she admits that it was a difficult time for her and a reason why she kept her second pregnancy very quiet:
“I felt like there are so many couples that go through that and it was a big part of my story. It was one of the hardest things I’ve been through. It was one of the reasons I did not reveal that I was pregnant the second time, you don’t know what’s going to happen. It was hard.”
