Former ‘Pussycat Dolls’ singer Ashley Roberts has spoken on her simple makeup routine, revealing the natural-looking products she likes to use to just highlight her features. Ashley adds concealer under her eyes and wears mascara, while she reveals her secret to perfect lashes – clear mascara. She also adds a tinted lip balm to finish off her natural looking makeup and doesn’t wear a foundation on a daily basis:
”When it comes to make-up, I’m pretty low-maintenance. I apply a touch of Sheer Cover concealer under eyes, curl my lashes and add a flick of mascara. I use clear mascara on my brows to neaten them up. Sometimes I’ll go for a lip colour, but for day-time I usually just use Maybelline Baby Lips tinted lip balm.”
Ashley likes to work out regularly and has a personal trainer who keeps her fit who she works with daily to stay in top shape. She also always kicks off her day with a meditation which she thinks is a positive way to begin any day:
”I like to meditate. It’s a great way to start the day! Then it’s off to the gym for a circuit class or one-to-one with my personal trainer.”
When it comes to unwinding at the end of a day, she loves to lounge around at home and watch tv:
”When I get home, I’ll change into loungewear and light some candles to make it all cosy – I love the Jo Malone range. Then I’ll watch a film or documentary. I’ve recently discovered Louis Theroux – and have become slightly obsessed!”
