In a white swimsuit, Jenny Powell showed off her flexibility and strength while performing yoga in her garden over the weekend.
Her yoga video begins with her writing: “I’m 56 and as a woman from an ethnic background, I’ve had many battles to fight but I’ve never shied away from challenges set before me. There will be more to come and I say BRING IT ON.
In a caption on her Instagram post, she wrote: “Bring it on🙏🏽,” “Things aren’t always quite how they seem, remember that
“I’ll be honest, with a few health issues that need dealing with in the next few months, the classic ‘it’s crap getting old ‘ had popped into my mind a few times but not for long ! “Looking forward to prioritising my health and healing first and foremost and smashing it for the rest of this year .. Hope you are too”

The tiny bikini certainly grabbed everyone’s attention as Jenny Powell soaked up the sun while enjoying a well-deserved break in Ibiza in July.
The 56-year-old actress looked nothing short of sensational wearing a tiny two-piece on holiday. She jetted off to Ibiza earlier this week for a glamorous break.
She wore a plunging halter neck bikini top with a zebra pint swimsuit held together by orange string.
In a selfie taken by the ocean, the mom-of-two wore a full face of makeup that celebrated her youthful glow with a hint of blush on her cheeks. She wrote: “SO HERE WE ARE” alongside a sunshine emoji.
In an April Instagram post, Jenny Powell showed off her tanned legs and made sure all eyes were on her.
In a stunning ruffled black dress, Jenny posed for a mirror selfie as she enjoyed her “sassy weekend”.
In a thigh-high split, Jenny showcased her toned pins with silver knee-high boots enabling her to display her leggy figure. She kept her hair messy and applied lots of mascara to achieve her desired look, contrasted against her deeply tanned skin.
According to the mother-of-two, she’s slimmer now than in her twenties – and has even been mistaken for her daughter’s sister.
During a lavish trip to Tenerife earlier this year, Jenny Powell looked stunning as she relaxed in a hot tub and showed off her stunning figure.
She posted pictures of her hotel, which had a jungle theme, and her private pool on Instagram, showing off her silhouette in a zebra print bikini.
“Swimming into @theroyalriver in Tenerife .. only got here yesterday and self combusting in awe of this beautiful oasis!” she captioned one photo.
As Jenny teased her fans that her daughter Pollyanna would also be in the video, she joked that: “Wait for the shot in the elegant reception and see if you can spot my Pollyanna asleep on the sofa after a 4am start!! (if you have a teenager .. you know!!). “3 days to reboot starts now .. I’ll keep you posted!!”
