Chrissy Teigen has waded into the controversy over Margot Robbie’s feet by demanding that a documentary be done about the now-iconic shot from the Barbie trailer in which Robbie takes off her signature pink heels.
Chrissy Teigen has one burning desire, and it’s a Margot Robbie documentary in which she appears to be barefoot
A single image from the latest Barbie video has gone viral, as the blonde bombshell Fans went crazy after Margot Robbie flashed her bare feet for the cameras.
Margot portrays the lead blonde Barbie to Ryan Gosling’s Ken in the latest trailer for the live-action rendition of the popular Mattel dolls.
And in one memorable image, she’s removing a pair of pink fluffy stilettos while still standing on her toes since her feet have the typical doll arch.
Chrissy Teigen wants to know “everything” that other celebrities have to say about the amazing photo.
Chrissy, a model, took to Twitter to plead for clarification, writing, “I need to know everything about this shot.”
“How many takes, if she held onto something, was she harnessed, is the landing mark sticky, are they her feet, who did the pedicure, really just a documentary on this shot.”
Since the trailer was released, fans have been going crazy over Aussie beauty Margot’s bare tootsies, and many have been left with more questions than answers.
When asked how she maintains such smooth heels, someone said, “What does she used to keep those heels so smooth?” while another suggested: “Chrissy it’s CGI.”
“The people need to know!” someone else pleaded.
Margot is no stranger to performing daring feats on her own two feet, so it would come as no surprise if she was able to master this one as well.
Margot executed one of her own stunts while filming The Suicide Squad as Harley Quinn, choking out her captor and freeing herself with her toes.
In a remarkable feat of acrobatics, Margot then used her toes to support her own weight while standing and to unlock the handcuffs on her wrists.
“Yeah, the main thing is that she was able to just instantly grab the key with her foot and then twist herself backwards to put the key in the lock from the one shot. And I was like, “Oh my God.” Director James Gunn said. “Oh my God, I thought.”
“It’s a real bummer because of that thing in front of her face, but if you look closely, you can see it’s Margot.”
After the famous stunt, he dubbed her a “human Swiss army knife,” but he later regretted not making it clearer that the actress was performing all of her own stunts.
