After her sartorial high at the 2012 Angel Ball (check it here), Kim Kardashian is back to her old, less impressive ways. Seen out in Miami without beau Kanye West for once, Kim looked less than dazzling in a sports bra looking black crop top, which she paired with a simple black pencil skirt, chunky gold belt and pointy metallic gold heels. The worst part? The crop top. It puts a huge emphasis on her rack, which would be fine, but she ends up looking extremely top heavy and it’s not nice on her proportionally.
The skirt is a great staple piece, as is the gold belt, and the shoes are even ok. Her pretty plaited hair and even the cute quilted purse look great, but that top ruins everything in a heartbeat. It even makes her look like she has a big roll of fat underneath by the way it bunches up, which probably isn’t the case. Kim’s fashion choices have been all over the place lately – ups and downs more frequently than normal – her love life seems to be interrupting her tastes. Perhaps she’s letting Kanye take over her wardrobe or is simply too blind by the sheer passion, but something’s up. Time to ditch the unflattering crop tops Kim, you can do way better.
