On a freezing Wednesday, Danni Menzies braved the cold waters of a Scottish loch for a refreshing dip. Despite enduring far colder temperatures, she fearlessly took on this icy challenge.
In a video shared on social media, The Place In The Sun host, 36, showed her fearlessness as she braved the frigid conditions in nothing but a tiny red bikini.
As she walks into the water, the woman is soon joined by her trusty black Labrador Mona who quickly swims out to her side. Together, they enjoy the calming waters and create a beautiful bond between human and furry companion.
According to the caption she wrote on her Instagram account: “I have no idea what the water temperature was but I can tell you two minutes was plenty! 🥶 Scotland delivering with the weather today ☀️”

In 2022, Danni quit A Place In The Sun to pursue new endeavors.
According to Dani : “After six years on the show and about a hundred shows filmed, I’ve decided to hang up my summer dresses.
“The show has been such a huge part of my life, and I’d just like to thank and send love to all of the wonderful people I’ve met on this journey who made it so special.”
As she continued: “A huge thank you also to the incredible team at Freeform Productions who I have never appreciated more than the last two years as they kept the show on the road despite the fact that covid made travel a huge obstacle.
“What a team! I will never forget the day I got the call for this opportunity, and I will always be so grateful for it. It’s been an absolute blast!
“SO many lovely people, places and special memories.”
