As she soaked up the sun on a tropical getaway with her family, she managed to squeeze in a beach photoshoot as well.
Taking to her Instagram page on Monday (April 1), Amanda posed up a storm in the tiny two-piece bikini, looking every bit the Baywatch beauty.
A pair of aviator-style sunglasses shielded Amanda’s eyes from the scorching sun as she flicked back her sea-soaked blonde locks.
Adding emojis of a laughing face and a palm tree, Amanda joked: “I live for time spent trapped with my family. On #holiday.”
There was a lot of praise and admiration for Amanda as she posted her sensational photos on Instagram. One fan wrote, “How can a 53 year old have such a body?? It’s gotta be genetic!!!”
Another enthused: “I’ve been telling people for years you look like a female Benjamin Button! The female Benjamin Button!”.

Despite not revealing where Amanda is on holiday, it’s believed she and Chris Hughes are in the Maldives with their daughters Lexi, 18, and Hollie, 12.
The news comes just days after Amanda left her loyal legion of fans green with envy as she paraded her toned physique in a teeny red bikini.
On Friday’s post (March 29) Amanda Holden poured her killer curves into a teeny red bikini with another smoking hot clip.
Her honey blonde tresses swayed behind her in loose beachy waves as she captioned the cheeky clip, “Bapwatch. Happy Hotcross bun day.”
Immediately, her famous friends and loyal fans hailed her on social media.
