In a sizzling social media video, Amanda Holden worked up a sweat in some clingy gym wear that left her feeling “exhilarated.”
In a video she posted on Thursday (February 22), 53-year-old beauty dazzled the internet once again with her effortless beauty and stellar style.
Amanda posted an Instagram Story showing her next to her new Peloton bike, sporting snug gym gear that included a tight gym jacket and maroon gym bra.
Her bottoms were a pair of clingy leggings, which allowed her to work up a sweat while maintaining a full face of make-up and glam.
As she stated to her fans, “It’s time for me to move more in 2024 with my new Peloton bike. Jamie [Theakston] has challenged me to top his three day streak with a five day streak so let’s do this!”
She then completed the online classes while straddling the famous bike. She looked sensational riding the bike, working up a sweat.
Upon finishing the session, Amanda grunted out before someone tossed a towel to her so she could dab her face.
“Oh my goodness. Workout done. Feeling sweaty and tired,” she said.
After lifting her gym bra, Amanda joked: “But I feel very exhilarated and honestly that was such a good fun class.
“I kind of hate being told what to do but she was brilliant. So all of those [classes] are right up my street!”
This Wednesday, in a gorgeous spring-inspired frock and no bra, Amanda Holden showcased her top picks for her loyal fans.
The TV personality opened her segment by wearing a silk garment with long floaty sleeves matched with a matching skirt cinched in at the waist with a matching belt.
She explained to followers: “This gorgeous pink dress, I feel very lady-like and sort of prim and proper today which as you know is not me. It’s from Reiss, isn’t it gorgeous?”
As she continued to promote the garment, she said: “I feel like it’s the perfect spring dress, beautiful deep collars, it’s lined, it’s quite a good heavy material and doesn’t crease.”
“So I’m thinking it’s the perfect kind of spring wedding, Christening, posh dinner, Mothers Day gift, it’s just beautiful. I absolutely love it. Have a wonderful humpy day,” she finished.
