As usual, Lisa Snowdon kept fans updated on her life, posting a video of herself topless in bed for viewers this week.
She took to Instagram from her bedroom on Monday (January 15), revealing her famous chocolate tresses in waves, snuggled under the duvet.
In an Instagram message to her 471k followers, she said, “No judgement from you guys, I am knackered and I’ve got into bed I might have a little nap. We haven’t got any work to do today so it was either get into bed or go to the gym.”
Taking a moment to show fans her luxurious bed, Lisa said: “Guess which one I chose.” She went on: “I’m gonna have a little siesta for 20 minutes then I might go to the gym. I’ve gotta get my eight thousand steps in as part of my January challenge for meningitis now.”
She then explained that the challenge has to be eight thousand steps since meningitis affects eight thousand people every year.
According to the TV star, “And some of you who don’t know the connection between why I’m involved in meningitis now, but I did contract meningitis.”
As she explained: “I got it in my late 30s, which a lot of people didn’t know, me included, that you could get it as an adult. So they made me President before Christmas, and I’ve been working with the charity for the last 14 years so please donate if you can!”
In early December, Lisa Snowdon stunned her followers by dancing in a pink and white bikini on a luxury yacht.
She looked stunning as she posted the raunchy video on Instagram, raising her arms and dancing.
In her caption, Lisa showed viewers what a fun time she was having, saying: “Ok, I’m definitely NOT feeling like this just yet…… BUT, I’m 100 times better than I have been the last few days.
“Once again so sorry to have had to postpone our live shows, was very much looking forward to spending an evening with you all, a few cheeky glasses of something, talking all things Midlife, Menopause & Perimenopause with my gorgeous friend @dr_naomipotter.
“Thank you to @aeg_presents and our lovely venues for being so understanding and to YOU all for your lovely messages.
“We will be back next year, live and direct, can’t wait to see you all- here’s to dancing like a loony one day soon again fuelled by tequila.”
