When she saw that Team Europe was ahead of Team USA at the Ryder Cup, Paige Spiranac broke down in tears.
Known for sharing golf tips and glam photos of herself on social media, Spiranac was recently included on the Maxim Hot 100 list for her influencer career.
Paige often shares her views on the sport and holds Q&A sessions with her followers when she is not sharing racy snaps.
As a result of the shock, Paige shared a picture of herself in tears on social media after waking up in the US and checking the live score.
Paige tweeted: “Me waking up and looking at the Ryder Cup score.”
Following a poor Ryder Cup opening day, some of Paige’s fans tried to cheer her up.
A fan tweeted: “Paige my love.”
Another commented: “We’re still in the early days.”
A third observed: “Don’t worry Paige, your guys will bounce back soon.”

The Ryder Cup starting on Friday, September 29, until Sunday, October 1.
In 2023, the 44th Ryder Cup will be held at Guidonia Montecelio Golf and Country Club in northeast Rome.
This tournament is open only to golfers from the United States and Europe with 12 golfers each from each country competing.
