Jackie ‘O’ Henderson has lost an astounding 18kg in just five months in preparation for her radio co-host Kyle Sandilands‘ wedding to Tegan Kynaston.

The blonde beauty posed with her daughter Kitty before of the star-studded ceremony at Swifts in Darling Point, Sydney, wearing a $1500 floral Zimmermann gown.
Jackie and her daughter got ready at her new $13.5 million Clovelly home and danced in an Instagram video to Bruno Mars’ hit song, Marry You.
She accessorized the frothy gown with fashionable pink strappy heels and a fluffy pink clutch.
Her golden locks were coiffed in old-Hollywood style waves, and she was gleaming in a gorgeous cosmetics palette.
Kitty matched her mother with a pink floral dress and white heels.
Jackie chose Zimmermann’s new Tama corset midi dress, which cinches down at the waist to highlight her slim midsection.
The blonde bombshell recently announced that a new diet plan had helped her lose 18kg in five months.
She posted an Instagram snapshot of herself looking trim in a baggy white T-shirt and shorts while relaxing on a balcony with her pets.
‘Last year I joined WW again because I wanted to get my health back in order and I know their program works for me,’ she said in a social media post.
‘Losing weight was never about what I looked like in the mirror, but rather an overall sense of well-being and trying to re gain my energy levels,’ she continued.
‘Five months ago I was 18 kilos heavier and I had zero energy. My health was suffering as a result, so I decided to do a complete lifestyle change.’
Jackie claims she lost weight by including daily exercise into her routine and eating healthier.
She also gave up drinking, something many of her followers may not believe, according to the presenter.
Jackie added: ‘I’ve never felt as good as I do now. I can honestly say I feel happier and healthier than I did in my 20’s and I’ve got more energy for myself and as a mumma (and a dog mumma!)’
Jackie already revealed her nutrition to her listeners.
She admitted on The Kyle and Jackie O Show that she skips breakfast on a regular basis, a technique known as intermittent fasting.
Jackie also avoids carbohydrates and snacks on pre-cut steak pieces throughout the day to satisfy her hunger.
She avoids high-calorie items for lunch, instead opting for ‘three little slivers of steak’ and a couple Vietnamese rice paper rolls with fish and cabbage.
Jackie typically eats vegetables and a protein such as chicken or red meat for dinner.
Jackie enjoys smoothies and Starbucks Frappuccinos, a type of blended ice coffee drink, in between meals.
