When Stacey Solomon of Loose Women returned from a business trip to Paris to find a mountain of dirty laundry waiting for her, she was left wondering “what the hell happened.”

She was on her “first big work trip” after giving birth to her second daughter in February 2023, and the Loose Women hostess had been absent.
She traveled to Paris with her two daughters, Rose, 1, and Belle, 3 months.
Stacey was met by mountains of dirty laundry from the previous two days when she returned to Pickle Cottage.
She showed her 5.6 million Instagram followers the cluttered laundry room she had returned to as a way to express her displeasure.
To paraphrase, “I came downstairs, girls are down for a nap, I thought I’m going to the utility and put my washing on from Paris, and…what the hell happened in the last two days?” Stacey declared.
“How many clothes did they wear in the last two days that this much washing needed to be done?”
Joe had promised to do the laundry before he left for work, but, as Stacey explained, he left a lot for her to do.
“Last night, after work, I got home and tucked the kids in. Joe said to me this morning, ‘I got home last night and put the kids to bed. I woke up this morning, and Joe was like, ‘I’m going to work, but don’t worry, I’ve done all the washing for you.”
“I wasn’t even here. I didn’t even get dressed here, so it’s not my washing, but thank you, good sir,” Stacey responded sarcastically.
After returning from Paris for work, Stacey Solomon was not happy with husband Joe Swash.
Stacey, a mother of five who has two adult boys from prior relationships, was visibly distressed.
She said she was not happy to return home to a stack of filthy clothes because she had finished all the laundry before leaving for Paris.
The mother-of-five stated last week that taking Belle to Paris was the “craziest job ever” because she “hadn’t worked out the breastfeeding stuff yet.”
She declared, “It’s impossible, breastfeeding is tough, it’s committed, I’m going to stop but I haven’t done it yet so I am taking her with me.”
“I’ll be doing the first episode of Bricking It, which is a new show I am doing. Which I am so excited about. In fact, they are looking for people to apply. And then I start Sort Your Life Out season four. Can’t believe we’re on season four! Craziness.”
