Several viewers tweeted their shock at the striking likeness, with some even joking that she was the “real” Khloe.
One wrote: ‘Alexa looks like Khloe Kardashian circa 2013,’ while another said: ‘Don’t get mad but I think Alexa is the real Khloe Kardashian.’
During the final episodes of Love Is Blind series three, Alexa and Brennon walked down the aisle during a Reform Jewish ceremony.
The couple admitted to hitting a speed bump after their first month of marriage, but they have now found a good rhythm together.
During the reunion episode, they appeared completely in love and revealed that things are going so well that they plan to start a family together this year.
