League of Legends – New LoL Biscuits glitch grants players unlimited mana

LoL Biscuits glitch

LoL isn’t immune to bugs, but some, like the recent Biscuits glitch, are so severe that Riot Games must act quickly to fix them.

A new, bizarre Biscuits glitch grants LoL players unlimited mana

With the latest update to League, players can increase their mana permanently if they repeatedly sell and undo the sale of Biscuits of Everlasting Will, which are added to the player’s inventory via the Biscuit Delivery rune.

Riot has acknowledged that this bug was unintentional and that a fix is in the works, which will most likely be patched into live League servers very soon.

Perhaps this is the unintended consequence of a bug fix implemented in Patch 13.6, which prevented a player’s total mana from being reduced when undoing a purchase on an item while holding Biscuits – this appears to be the inverse of that effect. This interaction does not appear to occur when selling any other item in League.

Just a short while ago, players found a similar bug in the way the reworked Yuumi interacted with Tear of the Goddess, allowing her to gain free stacks of the item by attaching and detaching from an ally multiple times. A large amount of mana early in the game allows champions to cast more abilities, even though no pure stats were provided with these stacks.

While the fix for the mana-granting bug has yet to be implemented in League’s live servers, it is expected that the problem will not last long.

About League of Legends

League of Legends (LoL), also known as League, is a multiplayer online battle arena video game developed and published by Riot Games in 2009. Riot’s founders were inspired by Defense of the Ancients, a custom map for Warcraft III, and wanted to create a standalone game in the same genre. League has been free-to-play since its release in October 2009, and it is monetized through purchasable character customization. The game is compatible with Microsoft Windows and macOS.
