Now a family of five after the birth of daughter Margot in December, the reality actress and former Towie star moved into the Essex property with husband Greg Shepherd and their two children, Arthur and Nelly, in October of last year.

Even though they’ve been there for a while, the 33-year-old is showing off their still-in-progress extravagant bar space.

Billie re-posts an Instagram video in which she flaunts the enormous, opulent pink illuminated bar sign that she and her husband, Nathan, recently had installed in their home.

“A Little Party Never Killed Nobody” is written on the sign.

The two sisters have made an icon out of the phrase thanks to all the times they’ve performed it at parties and hen nights over the years.

The sisters listened to Fergie’s A Little Party Never Killed Anyone, which features Lil Wayne, as their theme music. GoonRock, and Q-Tip.

Billie took the video from the Instagram account “home with the sheps,” where the Shepherd family often posts updates on their Essex estate.

They also have a Calcutta quartz table top with a custom-made steel base, and they recently updated their sleek bin storage cabinets to match.
