Last Fortress: Underground allows you to gather resources and expand your underground base. You will use your heroes to complete various tasks both inside and outside of the Fortress. Last Fortress Underground Combat Heroes
Heroes and Factions
Combat heroes are used for tasks outside of your base in Last Fortress: Underground. Their expertise ranges from rescuing residents to combating zombies. These heroes form groups of up to five people and are divided into four factions, as follows:
- Minutemen
- Vindicators
- Watchers
- Wildlings
The heroes of each fact specialize in specific roles within a team formation. There are a variety of options available, ranging from damage dealers to tactical and tank heroes. When building a battle team, finding the right balance is always the key to success.
Chief Leaders
Each faction has its own leader. When deployed, these heroes provide buffs to other faction allies.
- Benson (Minutemen): Damage bonus.
- Blanche (Vindicators): Damage bonus.
- Roland (Watchers): Damage mitigation and health bonus.
- Marlen (Wildlings): Damage and health bonus.
Damage Dealers
These units’ sole purpose is to inflict as much damage as possible. They can be placed anywhere from third to fifth.

Siege Defence and Assault
The following heroes benefit their unitmates in various ways during siege situations.
- Alisa: Damage Mitigation buff to the line-up
- Quinn : Damage and Weapon Damage buff to the line-up
- Kin Ogawa : Damage bonus to the line-up
- Suzuki Ren: Damage Mitigation bonus plus Initiative bonus to all heroes
Mass Buffs
The heroes below can use skills that grant different buffs to allies. As was already mentioned, stacking all of these multipliers will strengthen your team as a whole.
- Bolton : Guardian of Justice (Damage mitigation)
- Enrique: Band Festival (Bonus Damage)
- Galande: Conviction (Bonus Damage)
- Harman: Shield of Faith (Damage mitigation)

The 5th Hero
- Situational Heroes Quinn: Quinn will reward you with more Memento Coins for killing zombies. During Siege Assault, she also adds Weapon Damage to the lineup.
- Kin Ogawa: During Siege Assault, this hero adds additional damage to the line-up.
- Kate: Kate grants the line-up faster travel.
- Duncan: This hero gives the line-up a boost in travel speed.
- Doris: With Doris, the line-up can move more quickly.
