- Heidi Klum
Heidi believes being too thin can be ageing: “The ultimate beauty secret for a woman getting older is, ‘Don’t be too thin!’ It is always better to have a little meat on your bones. When you are just muscle, you end up being gaunt in the face, and that makes you look older by five or 10 years.”
- Portia de Rossi
Portia believes dressing younger can work wonders: ”People do think I look younger than I am because I dress like a teenager. As women we’re so conditioned to think that beauty and age area very important that you stay kind of youthful in order to be beautiful. I don’t think it’s fair for people to think that women are just vain because they’re worried about getting older. It’s actually really linked in with a lot of very primitive stuff for women.”
Salma believes a fuller figure makes her look youthful, as well as eating a proper diet: “I am 46; I will not have Botox. You know why [I don’t need to do it]? Because I eat! I eat the fat, I eat the vegetables, I eat everything. If you exercise too much and you don’t eat enough, it takes its toll on the skin. Everything starts ageing. If you don’t eat carbs, you slow your metabolism down.”
