Being judged solely based on appearances can make a person’s self-worth feel so low and it’s not how it should be. Even when someone is a professional model or actress in the spotlight, they deserve not to be criticised for how they look and we should be accepting of everyone – all shapes and sizes – and recognise that there is also much more to celebrities than just how they look! Amy is tired of being judged based on her body and refuses to accept what her critics have to say: ”I want to throw my hands in the air after reading a mean Twitter comment and say, ‘Alright! You got it. You figured me out. I’m not pretty. I’m not thin. I do not deserve to use my voice … All my self-worth is based on what you can see. But then I think f*** that.”
Anna Kendrick
Anna wants to land acting roles not based on her appearance but her talent: “I know that things will be more complicated as an older actress, in ways that I can’t anticipate, but I would really enjoy getting to the point where the reason I’m getting roles or not isn’t based on if somebody thinks I’m hot enough. I’ll be a lot more comfortable and get excited when I’m playing women who aren’t supposed to be pretty.”

Emma doesn’t want to be judged for how she looks and instead be valued for what she has to say: “Honestly, sometimes I don’t – it’s very hard, but I suppose I just try. That’s one of the reasons why schooling is so important to me – because I get a lot back from using my brain, which means I don’t just feel valued for the way I look. That has been one of the great luxuries of playing Hermione – she’s not just a pretty face. Hermione was literally my heroine.”

Kate doesn’t think anyone has the right to judge her for how she looks: ”I’ve heard people say, ‘You put yourself in that position to be judged’. But no, I put myself in that position because I really liked that photographer. I wanted to do that piece of work. Not to be judged.
