Daniel thinks social media can impact a person’s privacy: ”I don’t have Twitter and I don’t have Facebook and I think that makes things a lot easier. If you go on Twitter and tell everybody what you’re doing moment to moment and then claim you want a private life, then no one is going to take that request seriously.”
Doutzen likes to reach people through social media: ”[Social media is] a tool you have to use. I enjoy reading what people have to say and answering… [but] I feel I’m such a big part of that insecurity that some girls might have because of my job, that girls think they have to be that picture. And even boys, they think that that picture exists and it’s so frustrating because I don’t look like that picture – I wake up not looking like that picture.”
