Jennifer hits the gym when she gets off the plane to beat jetlag: “Water, water, water, on an airplane. If there is a drink happening, it’s usually a Bloody Mary, which I don’t ever order [except] when I’m on an airplane. When you land after a long, long flight, go hit the gym and do a 30-minute run. It has worked for me—when I’ve actually had the energy to go and do it!”

Karlie brings some portable workout equipment with her so she can stay in shape on the move: “I travel quite a bit and spend a lot of time staying in hotels in different cities. It’s hard to find gyms and workout studios when you’re away from home and on the move. My solution is to travel with a couple of weights and resistance bands and do a quick 20-minute workout in my hotel room. The Nike Training Club app is also great and helps focus my workouts.”
