She announced the news at the recent MTV VMAs (and even gave a kick-ass performance on the night) and now the whole world is talking about it – the topic even broke records as a trending topic on twitter, proving that we all care about Beyonce’s unborn baba more than several natural disasters and bin Laden’s death combined – yep. Beyonce’s close friend and Destiny’s Child band member Kelly Rowland believes Bey will be a natural when it comes to motherhood: “I think she’ll be an incredible mother, she’s always been motherly. I think that takes after so many traits from her mother [Tina Knowles]. I just think it’s going to be so natural for her. It’s natural for her now. I can’t believe this to this day.”
Britney Spears
Fellow singer Britney Spears has also spoken on Beyonce’s pregnancy, advising her to take her time and enjoy all of the special moments because it goes by so fast: “Just embrace it fully. And just do whatever you want to do. If you want to take two or three years off… because, you know, they grow so fast; it happens so fast. Just treasure the moments.”

Another close friend of Beyonce’s, Gwyneth Paltrow has also opened up in her friend and the new chapter she’s about to embark on: “I think motherhood is the biggest blessing of all time and it gives your life real meaning.It’s always interesting when you’re a woman with success and you’ve achieved a lot, and then you have a baby and you realize everything you thought was an achievement really is nothing until you have a kid, and I think that will be [Beyoncé’s] experience. It’s wonderful to see her so happy right now.”
Kim Kardashian
Speaking on the MTV VMAs, Kim Kardashian said that Beyonce’s announcement was the best part of the event: “Beyoncé is my highlight [of the night], I mean, I adore her anyway, but it was so sweet. And that’s cool for her to come out and share it at the VMAs because music is her outlet…. She chose her home.”
