Kate doesn’t know how others spend so much time devoted to losing weight after welcoming a baby: “How does anyone have the time? Also, let’s be real here. Everyone is different. Springing back into shape after a baby — that’s not really something that’s ever happened particularly swiftly for me. That’s just me. Look, I’m 37 years old. We have one life. I don’t want to spend my time thinking about the size of my a**e.”
Kristen didn’t care about her size and didn’t want to worry about it: “I refused to worry about something I could not change, and I still refuse. Look, I’m like any other woman. All this evolved BS that I’m telling you is my mantra: It’s not something I practice naturally. I had to surrender to not worrying about the way I looked, how much I weighed, because that’s just part of the journey of having a baby. I am not a woman whose self-worth comes from her dress size.”
