5 of Miranda Kerr’s Best Beauty, Skin& Hair Tips

Australian model Miranda Kerr knows a thing or two about beauty. Not only has she learned some insider tips on the job, but she is also the founder of skincare company Kora Organics and studied nutrition. She has regularly revealed her own personal tips that keep her skin, hair and body looking its best on a daily basis, maintaining her shiny hair, gorgeous glow and enviable body. Here are 5 of her best tips to date.

  1. Body Brushing

Miranda loves to dry brush her entire body: “I love body brushing! With a dry body brush, you brush your skin from your toes all the way up to your heart, and then from your arms all the way in to your heart. It’s invigorating! I do it pretty much every day.”

  1. Protective Haircare

The model makes sure to reverse damage done during shoots: “My hair gets beaten up with my job, so I wash it every second day and use a mask once a week. Sometimes I put the mask on the ends of dry hair, too. I’ve been using Clear’s Total Care range [Kerr is a spokeswoman for the brand], and I’ve really noticed a difference; my hair feels stronger, lightweight, smooth, and shiny.”

  1. Rosehip Oil

Miranda applies organic rosehip oil every night: “I put it on every night. I really believe it makes a big difference to my skin. It’s full of anti-oxidants and essential fatty acids.”

  1. Simple Skincare & Makeup

She keeps her skincare and makeup routine simple: “My skincare routine is basic but really effective. I cleanse, tone, and moisturize using Kora Organics Foaming Cleanser, Energizing Citrus Mist, and the Hydrating Day and Night Cream. Then I apply Kora Organics Tinted Day Cream, which has a natural SPF and gives a radiant complexion; put on some lip balm; curl my lashes; and do a light coat of mascara.”

  1. Regular Workouts

She stays fit with regular workouts: “I meditate every day and practice gratitude, and I do Pilates and yoga. Sometimes I turn on the music and jump on the trampoline with my son—he loves that. If you have just five minutes, do a plank. It tones your whole body. I do little leg-lifts on the plane and clench my stomach when I’m sitting. It’s little things that really help.”
