Jessie J has her own unique look and fearlessly experiments with makeup and hair. The chart-topper can rock short or long locks, try out unique lipstick colours or pull off a dramatic smoky eye with ease. Jessie believes in taking good care of her skin – and not just on her face. She is a big fan of body scrubs and hits the gym regularly to tone up. She also looks after her skin after a workout. When it comes to makeup, the singer believes using clean tools is essential and she regularly shampoos her makeup brushes to keep them free of dirt. Here are her top beauty and makeup tips!
- She Treats Her Skin Well
Jessie takes good care of her skin with multiple products: “I really look after my skin, it’s more what I do before I go to sleep, I have a really good Garnier Sugar Crush body exfoliator and I exfoliate every other day. I body brush. But my face – my Dior Hydrate face cream I use like three times a day, I drink a lot of water, I use argon oil on my face sometimes and let it sink and when it’s really sunk in I put more on.”
- Her Bronzer Tip
She loves coffee body scrubs: “I love this scrub! Got it for my birthday from Alisha Dobson, it’s amazing! Its a full body scrub to tone, cleanse and moisturise. Also reduces appearance of cellulite, scars and stretch marks! I hate drinking coffee but I will rub is all over my body!”
- Her Gym Bag Beauty Essentials
She brings several beauty products to the gym: “Dior Face Hydrate is the most amazing cream ever, I use it twice a day – it says to take it off, but I don’t. Last night I covered my whole face in Oilatum. Nivea Pearl Roll-On and Impulse Tease are my deodorants, and I carry a pack of baby wipes everywhere, that’s my nickname, Baby Wipe.”
- Her Favourite Body Scrub
She loves coffee body scrubs: “I love this scrub! Got it for my birthday from Alisha Dobson, it’s amazing! Its a full body scrub to tone, cleanse and moisturise. Also reduces appearance of cellulite, scars and stretch marks! I hate drinking coffee but I will rub is all over my body!”
- She Cleans Her Makeup Brushes Regularly
Jessie always washes her brushes: “Wash your make-up brushes every few days to get rid of residue that you might end up re-applying to your face (YUCK!). You can use shampoo to clean them, and then put your brushes and your make-up bag into a clear, clean bag so it’s easy to find everything.”
