Kelly Osbourne
Kelly believes in eating right: ”There isn’t an easy fix. There are no magic pills you can take. I suppose you can get your fat sucked out, but then it’ll just come back and when it returns you’ll have loads of cellulite. The best thing you can do is eat right. I don’t believe in diets, I believe in lifestyle changes and that is something you have to commit to.”
Khloe says she doesn’t believe in diets: ”I don’t believe in diets. I believe in working out and hard work and consistency.”
Nicole has tried many fad diets and knows now that they don’t work: “I’ve tried every diet out there and they don’t work, because eventually the diet ends and I want the foods that I restrain myself from eating. It’s about having everything in moderation as long as you’re staying active. I also try not to eat late at night, not after 7pm if I can help it.”
Penelope ignores food trends and eats a balanced diet: ”I’m a housewife and it’s beautiful, the best thing in the world. I know how to cook and it’s important to me to make fresh food every day. I don’t do crazy diets, just the good Mediterranean food that I love because it’s important to eat well.”
Rosie believes in eating healthy always: ”I live in LA, where every fad diet starts and all the training techniques begin, but I have always kept my approach to health and fitness really simple. I know when I go back to Devon and go supermarket shopping with my mum I’m not going to find anything gluten free, but there are things available. My approach is a lot of vegetables, smoothies and fish … I don’t believe in fads. I believe in eating clean and balanced.”
