Google Glasses sound like an techy dream come true. The ‘Google Glass’ device “displays information in a smartphone-like hands-free format, that can interact with the Internet via natural language voice commands”. Officially launching in 2014 (and expected to sell 2 million pairs already), Google Glasses are beginning to pop up everywhere. Fashion designer Diane Von Furstenberg featured them in her show recently (even though the design is far from being particularly stylish and looks like something out of a budget film sadly). Barack Obama was seen giving them a test drive and Katy Perry was even spotted wearing a pair too. Is this a look you’d rock if you could walk around talking to yourself in order to browse the internet hands-free? Or is this a development further than we actually need?
