Posing for Playboy can be a tough decision for anyone, as the results can even end up influencing your career and these 5 stars have all ruled it out. They each have their reasons for deciding not to strip off for the magazine. Some don’t like the idea of being paid for being naked, while others aren’t that comfortable with how they look and just wouldn’t feel that good getting naked for the camera. Some just believe it is a tasteless move and they aren’t interested in it despite already having received an offer from the famous magazine. Plenty of stars have gone nude for the Playboy in the past but these 5 say they aren’t considering it.
Jessica Alba
Playboy once used a photo of her inside the magazine without her permission and Alba was furious because she doesn’t like to strip for her work and it isn’t a part of who she is: “I don’t do nudity. I just don’t. Maybe that makes me a bad actress. Maybe I won’t get hired in some things. But I have too much anxiety. It was against who I am and what I represent. I’ve been working so hard to be somebody else, and it just wasn’t cool.”
Irina says that although she is a lingerie model who gets paid to be almost nude, she still wouldn’t do Playboy because she thinks it’s tasteless: “I would never do Playboy. Yes, I am a lingerie model, but I have class, Playboy offered me so much money last year. I was like: ‘No. Way’.”
Jennifer may be a fan of her more slender figure but she still doesn’t feel comfortable with the idea of stripping off in front of the cameras: “I love my new figure. All the fabulous clothes I can wear and get sent, I joke that I’m like a walking billboard now.But I won’t be taking my clothes off – no way at all. Beyonce and Rihanna can have that. I like to cover up more. I won’t do Playboy. Playboy can call, and wait. That’s just not me.”
Karen has been asked to pose for Playboy but she isn’t interested and wouldn’t show off any private parts if she was to take the plunge: “I was approached but I said, ‘No’. Who knows though? Maybe I’ll do it in the future, but now doesn’t seem to be the right time. It all depends on instinct really – but there won’t be any t**ies, d**ks or f**nies!”
Rihanna doesn’t want to be paid to strip nude and would only pose naked if it was done extremely classy so she isn’t interested in Playboy: “If I’m gonna take my clothes off, it has to be in a classy way and my will, not a cheque. I wouldn’t take any money to do that. I got a few offers to do Playboy actually. They want to pay you to be naked on the cover.”
