It’s simply impossible to have a perfect body – even if you get close to perfection, there is going to be something your still not happy with! These 5 stunning celebrities have all revealed that they’ve learned to love what they have, even though there is parts of their body they don’t like. Although some admit they feel down about their appearance from time to time, most have learned to love what they’ve got, and to feel comfortable with their natural curves too. One of these stars even says the flaws keep her humble.
Beyonce
Beyonce notices many flaws with her body, but is happy that they keep her grounded: “Every day, I find something wrong. If I could make changes, my legs would be more muscular, I’d have a six-pack and my waist would be smaller. I have many insecurities, but I think they keep you humble.”
Khloe Kardashian
Khloe knows she is not perfect but has learned to love her body most of the time: “Do I have days where my weight issues eat away at me and I get depressed? Of course. But they don’t last long. I’m not perfect. Just because I’m on TV, people think that I have 24/7 access to trainers and nutritionists. Often I don’t have the time or want to spend the money to do all that. I’ve learned that if I go to the gym and eat appropriately, I’m fine. I don’t need to fit into a mould.I’d always be in tight dresses. In my head I did not think I was ever fat. Other people did, but I didn’t think I was – ever!”
Kelly Brook
Kelly believes her curves are a blessing and she always feels happier when she has them:”I love my body. The curvier I am, the happier I am. I think that’s true of most girls. When you’ve got a lovely boyfriend you just eat cake and kiss on the sofa. It’s lovely! The heavier I am, the more I like my boobs and bum, and the happier I look. I’m lucky – I can eat what I want in moderation and I don’t have to exercise religiously. I’m just sensible and healthy and I never sit still for long.”
Katherine Heigl
Katherine is happy she doesn’t have to work hard to maintain what she has, and has learned to embrace her looks over time: “At 32, I’m more comfortable with my body. In my 20s I was 20lbs heavier and wanted to look like those girls with fantastically beautiful bodies like Jennifer Aniston or Jessica Alba, but I just couldn’t lose the weight. It’s only now that I know how hard those girls work for their bodies, and what level of commitment they make to that. I’m too lazy and I like food and I like my free time too much to spend it working out! But saying that, I’ve had to embrace the body I’ve got because it’s my choice. So, yeah, I’m pretty happy now!”
Christina Aguilera
Christina is happy with her body, hitting back at critics who called her fat: “As long as I’m happy in my own skin, that’s all I need. I’m happy with where I’m at. I have a boyfriend that loves my body. I love my body. My son is healthy and happy. That’s all that matters… I think my video works over the years have spoken to that… As you know, ‘Dirty’ and so on, and ‘Lady Marmalade’. I’ve been no stranger to being very comfortable in my own skin to take those risks, to take those chances.”
