Usher Recovering From Respiratory Illness

Singer Usher has been ordered by a doctor to rest after he walked off stage during a concert because he wasn’t feeling well. Usher is currently on tour in Berlin, Germany. He already rescheduled the show once which was meant to go ahead on Wednesday night,and the date was then changed to Thursday. During the Thursday night performance, Usher left fans disappointed as he made an early exit after just a few songs.

Usher was supposed to continue the tour on Friday in Holland but has postponed that date, as well as his Saturday and Sunday performances which were to take place in Germany and Belgium. His rep has issued a statement confirming that he is suffering from a respiratory illness:

“Usher is suffering from an upper respiratory illness which is currently preventing him from performing a proper show. After consultation with doctors, he has been advised to reschedule the upcoming dates in order to get the rest he needs to ensure a complete recovery.”

Usher also told his fans he was sorry for missing the performances:

“I have been very excited about my European Tour and I deeply regret having to reschedule the shows. I am truly sorry for any inconvenience I have caused my fans. My fans are the best in the world and I am looking forward to getting better so that I can give them the show they deserve.”

The appearances he missed have been pushed back in to March.
